GUDGEL, JUDGE: This case is before us on discretionary review from an order entered by the Butler Circuit Court affirming a summary judgment granted by the Butler District Court. Appellant contends that the court erred by finding that the driver of an automobile involved in a collision was not insured within the meaning of an omnibus clause of a liability insurance policy issued by appellee New Hampshire Insurance Company. We disagree. Hence, we affirm.
